global warming

When I first heard the term 'global warming', I immediately pictured Earth melting into a puddle. It was this image that inspired me to create this sculpture. Although not quite this dramatic, the negative impact of humans on Earth is something that cannot be ignored. Part of the cause of global warming is due to humans, and I believe human innovation can play an integral role in mitigating it. 

Materials used: paper clay, coloured sand, candy, newspaper, glue
